Terms and conditions

The service

Remontoire is provided by Red Sky Forge, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 69834660). It finds prospects that match your description, researches them, drafts outreach emails for you to review, and helps you track your pipeline. You send every email yourself, from your own email app.

Plans and payment

The free trial includes 50 prospects per team, with no card needed. Paid plans and their prices are on our pricing page. Prices exclude VAT.

• To upgrade, email us. Paid plans are billed monthly by invoice, and you can cancel at any time; your plan then runs until the end of the month you've paid for.
• Monthly prospect allowances start again on the first of each month (UTC) and don't roll over.
• We may change prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
• Team admins can invite people to the team and manage its settings.

Your outreach is your responsibility

• Drafts are written by AI and can be wrong. Read every email and check the facts before you send it: you're the sender.
• Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, such as data protection and anti-spam rules (for example GDPR and the ePrivacy rules in the EU). That includes having a lawful reason to contact each person.
• Respect unsubscribes and requests not to be contacted again.

Fair use

Don't use Remontoire to:

• send bulk or unsolicited mass email, or anything misleading, harassing or illegal;
• contact people who have asked you not to;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.

Each team has usage limits to keep the service fast and affordable. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

Your content

Your data and the emails you write stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Remontoire running and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or that prospect details are correct and current.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €100 if you've paid nothing). None of this limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using Remontoire at any time. To delete your account and your team's data, email dave@remontoire.ai.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes by email before they apply. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
