Who we are

Remontoire is a product of Red Sky Forge, a company registered in the Netherlands (KVK 69834660). Red Sky Forge is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: dave@remontoire.ai.

What we keep

• Your account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and your team members.
• Your settings: your company name, website and profile, your postal address for email footers, your sending address, signature, and any example emails you add so drafts match your voice.
• Your sales work: campaigns, prospects, drafts, sent messages, replies you import, notes, and the pipeline history.
• Prospect details: to suggest prospects, Remontoire searches the public web for companies that match your description and the business contact details of a relevant person there (name, job title, work email).
• Unsubscribes: when someone uses the unsubscribe link in an email, we keep their email address so your team doesn't contact them again.
• Usage and costs: a log of the searches and AI requests made for your account, to run fair-use limits.

Why we use it

To provide the app: to sign you in, find and research prospects, draft emails, keep your pipeline, send you account emails (verification, password resets, invitations), keep the service secure and keep costs under control. The legal basis is our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running a secure, working service.

Remontoire never sends email for you. You send every message yourself from your own email app, so you decide who is contacted and you're responsible for having a lawful reason to contact them.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare: hosts the app and its database.
• Google (Gemini API): writes company profiles, prospect briefs and email drafts. It receives the text needed for each task, such as your company profile, prospect research, your example emails, and the email thread when drafting a reply.
• Exa: searches the web for matching companies and their contacts. It receives your description of ideal customers and company names and websites.
• Resend: sends account emails to you and your team.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU, mainly in the US. These transfers are covered by the providers' data protection terms.

Cookies and analytics

We use one cookie: the sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. It's needed for the app to work, so we don't ask for consent.

We count page views and button clicks to understand how the site is used, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Visitors are counted with a code made from the IP address and browser that changes every day, so we can't recognise you from one day to the next or work out who you are. If you're signed in, we note which account the activity belongs to.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your team's data, except where the law requires us to keep something.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. This applies to prospects too: if Remontoire holds your details, email us and we'll tell you what we have and remove it on request. We reply within a month.

You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and, for important changes, tell you by email. See also our terms.
